The Hope Business (“we”, “us”) operates The Impact Accelerator. This policy explains what information we collect when you register for the program, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the program and to keep your data safe.
What we collect
When you register, we ask for:
- Organization details — your organization name and website.
- Contact details — the primary registrant’s first and last name, role or title, email address, and phone number.
- Registration details — your selected cohort and any discount code you apply.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank account details.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Process your registration and confirm your seat.
- Communicate with you about the program — scheduling, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
- Send a payment receipt to the email address you provide.
- Understand which organizations and cohorts are participating so we can improve the program.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not enter your data into AI training systems. Any AI tools used in the program work with the inputs you provide during the program itself, not your registration data.
Payment security
All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you pay, your card or bank details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers and we never see or store them. If you need a refund, we process it through our Stripe dashboard without ever accessing your full account information.
How long we keep your data
We keep your registration information for as long as you participate in the program, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and to respond to any follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our active systems, except where we are legally required to retain basic financial records.
Your rights
You can ask to:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of any non-essential communications.
